🩺 Integrative Lymphatic Drainage (MLD+ by and RMT)
MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. It should not be confused with a traditional massage. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied to your unaffected areas first, making it possible for the fluid to move out of the affected area, or “decongest” the region. MLD helps open the remaining functioning lymph collectors and move protein and fluid into them, as well as to help speed up lymph fluid flow through the lymphatics.

🎀Chiropractic
A Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) is a licensed healthcare professional who specializes in diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions, with a primary focus on the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Chiropractors are trained to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore proper alignment, and enhance the body’s natural ability to heal—without the use of drugs or surgery.
Chiropractic care is grounded in evidence-based practices, anatomy, and biomechanics, and it can be an integral part of both rehabilitative and preventive health care.

How Women Specifically Benefit from Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care offers a wide range of benefits for women across various stages of life, including:
• Hormonal Balance Support: By reducing stress on the nervous system, chiropractic care may help regulate hormones and ease mood swings, anxiety, or fatigue.
• Pregnancy & Postpartum Support: Chiropractic adjustments can alleviate back pain, pelvic misalignment, and postural strain during pregnancy, and help with postpartum recovery.
• Pelvic Floor and Core Function: Chiropractic care can address structural imbalances that contribute to issues like urinary incontinence or abdominal wall dysfunction.
• Menstrual Health: Some women report relief from cramps and PMS-related discomfort due to improved nervous system function.
• Migraine & Headache Relief: Gentle adjustments can reduce tension and frequency of hormonally linked headaches or migraines.
• Stress & Sleep Management: Nervous system regulation through chiropractic can lead to deeper relaxation and improved sleep quality.
⸻
What to Expect During a Chiropractic Assessment
A chiropractic assessment is thorough and personalized. During your first visit, you can expect:
1. Detailed Health History: Review of your medical history, lifestyle, and current concerns.
2. Postural & Movement Evaluation: Analysis of your body mechanics, posture, and how you move through basic functional tasks.
3. Orthopedic & Neurological Testing: Hands-on tests to evaluate joint mobility, nerve function, muscle imbalances, and possible sources of pain.
4. Palpation & Manual Examination: The chiropractor will feel for muscle tightness, joint restrictions, or misalignments, especially in the spine and pelvis.
5. Discussion of Findings: You’ll be informed about what’s contributing to your symptoms and how chiropractic care can help.
⸻
What to Expect from a Movement-Based Chiropractic Treatment Plan
Movement-based chiropractors integrate traditional adjustments with active rehabilitation, making your care both dynamic and functional. Your plan may include:
• Spinal Adjustments: Gentle, precise techniques to restore joint alignment and relieve nerve pressure.
• Soft Tissue Therapy: Techniques like myofascial release or instrument-assisted work to release muscle tension.
• Corrective Exercises: Targeted stretches and strengthening movements to improve posture, stability, and body mechanics.
• Functional Movement Coaching: Training in how to move more efficiently during daily activities, including lifting, walking, or working out.
• Lifestyle & Ergonomic Guidance: Support in creating an environment that supports your healing, including workstations, sleep posture, and stress management.
Treatment is individualized, with the goal of empowering you to take an active role in your wellness. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, healing from an injury, or just looking to move and feel better in your body, chiropractic care can be a valuable part of your health journey
🦴 Osteopathy
Osteopathic Manual Therapists or Practitioners of Osteopathic Manual Therapy follow the theory that imbalances in the human structure contribute to or are directly related to the development and/or maintenance of disease. Anatomy and physiology is the foundation of Osteopathic treatment. Practitioners recognize that the human body is self-regulating and self-healing – and will strive for health if given a chance. Our role is to encourage this self-healing capacity through manual treatment – to convert the physical into the physiological. We allow nature to do its job of removing any and all obstacles and obstructions that will interfere with the proper nutrition and drainage of the body’s tissue.

😍 Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (RMT)

🛼 Athletic Therapy
Certified Athletic Therapists are best known for their quick-thinking on-field emergency care of professional and elite athletes. The first to respond when someone gets hurt, they are experts at injury assessment and rehabilitation. It’s that same mix of on-site care and active rehabilitation skills that makes Athletic Therapists so effective in treating the musculoskeletal (muscles, bones, and joints) injuries of all Canadians, whether on the field or in the clinic.
Athletic therapists adhere to the Sports Medicine Model of care. They treat a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping. The treatment varies but the objective doesn’t: an Athletic Therapist's goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back.
⚡️ Reiki
Spiritual Healing Session: An assessment is done where a full health history and desires of outcomes are. For treatment, Reiki can be provided hands-on or hands-off, and includes the use of crystals and aromatherapy (if you desire). We end off the session with debriefing, intuitive guidance, as well as a tarot/oracle card pull if you wish. 90 minutes are needed for initial assessment, and 60 minutes can be for follow ups.
🚨 Infrared Light Therapy (Contact To Book M-F, 11-5)
Infrared therapy is a new and innovative light-based method to treat pain and inflammation in various parts of the body. Unlike ultraviolet light, which can damage the skin, infrared light enhances cell regeneration. Infrared light is delivered to the site of injury or inflammation at certain wavelengths, promoting cell repair.
The key characteristic of infrared light is its ability to penetrate even the deep layers of the skin, providing better pain relief. Also, infrared light is safe, natural, non-invasive, and painless. Thus it may be able to provide a broad range of health benefits.
