🌷 Physiotherapy / Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a hands-on, evidence-based approach to healing that helps reduce pain, restore movement, and improve function in the body. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic inflammation, dealing with neurological concerns, or healing after surgery, physiotherapy offers personalized treatment that may include manual therapy, movement retraining, and targeted exercise. It’s beneficial for both acute and long-term conditions like joint pain, arthritis, nerve-related issues, or recovery from orthopedic and oncology-related surgeries.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is a specialized treatment focused on the muscles that support your pelvic organs and core. It helps with issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, and postpartum healing. This therapy is also especially supportive after gynecological or pelvic oncology surgeries, helping with scar tissue, mobility, and pelvic floor function. Both forms of physiotherapy are gentle, empowering tools that support your body’s natural healing process—no matter where you are in your journey.
🦴 Osteopathy
Osteopathic Manual Therapists or Practitioners of Osteopathic Manual Therapy follow the theory that imbalances in the human structure contribute to or are directly related to the development and/or maintenance of disease. Anatomy and physiology is the foundation of Osteopathic treatment. Practitioners recognize that the human body is self-regulating and self-healing – and will strive for health if given a chance. Our role is to encourage this self-healing capacity through manual treatment – to convert the physical into the physiological. We allow nature to do its job of removing any and all obstacles and obstructions that will interfere with the proper nutrition and drainage of the body’s tissue.
👙 Lymphatic Drainage + Body Treatments (Non-RMT)
Non (Rmt) body therapies
🩺 Integrative Lymphatic Drainage (MLD+ by an RMT)
MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. It should not be confused with a traditional massage. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied to your unaffected areas first, making it possible for the fluid to move out of the affected area, or “decongest” the region. MLD helps open the remaining functioning lymph collectors and move protein and fluid into them, as well as to help speed up lymph fluid flow through the lymphatics.
😍 Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (RMT)
Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage is a hands-on experience, an entirely manual, gentle massage that improves lymphatic and blood circulation. By applying the right pressure and rhythmic strokes, the fluid and toxin collection can be shifted, thus also improving the appearance of cellulite

🛼 Athletic Therapy
Certified Athletic Therapists are best known for their quick-thinking on-field emergency care of professional and elite athletes. The first to respond when someone gets hurt, they are experts at injury assessment and rehabilitation. It’s that same mix of on-site care and active rehabilitation skills that makes Athletic Therapists so effective in treating the musculoskeletal (muscles, bones, and joints) injuries of all Canadians, whether on the field or in the clinic.
Athletic therapists adhere to the Sports Medicine Model of care. They treat a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping. The treatment varies but the objective doesn’t: an Athletic Therapist's goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back.
🚨 Infrared Light Therapy (Contact To Book M-F, 11-5)
Infrared therapy is a new and innovative light-based method to treat pain and inflammation in various parts of the body. Unlike ultraviolet light, which can damage the skin, infrared light enhances cell regeneration. Infrared light is delivered to the site of injury or inflammation at certain wavelengths, promoting cell repair.
The key characteristic of infrared light is its ability to penetrate even the deep layers of the skin, providing better pain relief. Also, infrared light is safe, natural, non-invasive, and painless. Thus it may be able to provide a broad range of health benefits.
